Requirements:

PT BORNEO ALAM SEMESTA. Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :

1. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT ( ES )

S1 degree Mining Engineering
Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software ( minescap. surpac, etc )
Minimum 5 years experiences in mining
Willing to work independently in remote field locations
Strong analytical & problem solving skill
Having POP license

2. BUSINESS ANALYST

· S1 degreee IT

· strong background in computer programming and technical knowledge

· Having minimum 3 years experience as business analyst

· Understanding business process management and business requirements of the organization and translating them to specific software requirements.

· Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of organisation's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.

· Having communication & negotiation skill

· Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skill

3. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

· Education minimum S1 Economic or any major from reputable university

· Having at least 7 (five) years experience in supply chain and 5 (three) years in managerial position.

· Outstanding integrity and honestly, a tough negotiator, having excellent communication and negotiation skill, a team work player, able to work under minimum supervision, creative, proactive, able to work in high level accuracy and be able to meet the deadline.

· Familiar with any ERP integrated advance operating system (Mincom Ellipse, SAP, etc) would be advantage.

· Fluent in English both oral & Written, fluent in Mandarin would be advantage.

· Excellent to handle all purchasing, warehouse and inventory flow process.

· Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (Kalimantan)

TYRE SUPERVISOR (TS )

· Technical High School

· Tyre preventive maintenance

Maintain correct tyre, tubes, consumable and tyre hardware stock level and coordinate with Tyre Clerk, Warehouse Supervisor for requirements
Good cooperation coordination among co-workers

· Responsible for the normal operation of tyre section and able to deliver services to the satisfaction of rubber tyred equipment and vehicle users

Willing to work in Remote area; Long hours work; Frequent on-call

MINE PLAN ENGINEER ( MPE )

S1 degree Mining Engineering
Mining software skills ( minescape, etc )
Willing to work independently in remote field locations
Strong analytical & problem solving skill
Having POP license is advantage

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

· S1 degree any major

· Minimum 5 years experience in HR area.

· Minimum 3 year experience as Recruitment Supervisor / Specialist

· Computer literate

· Energetic, honest, integrity

· Excellent interpersonal and project management skills

· Able to work under pressure

· Well knowledge on HR Development tools

FUEL & OIL ANALYST ( FOA )

DIII Statistic / Chemical / Mechanical
Computer literate
Jakarta based position
Good analytical thinking
Have 2 years experience in same position

A well established company operating oil & gas is seeking qualified candidates for :

1. Contractor Site Representative (CSR) :
-   Minimum having a Technical Diploma Degree from reputable university / institution.
-   8 years experience in the field of maintenance on oil and gas production installations
-   6 years experience in the specific field of metering activities
-   A knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
-   Specific professional experience in the metering system and Instrumentation of all types of instrumentation and all types of flowmeter, with professional knowledge of SAP R/3.
-   Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and Others
-   Physical ability to work on onshore and offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site
-   Languages: English mandatory and fluent.
-   Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others
-   Employee shall be 25 - 45 years old

2. Technical / Administration Assistance :
-   Minimum having a Technical Diploma Degree from reputable university / institution.
-   4 years experience in the field of maintenance on oil and gas production installations
-   2 years experience in the specific field of metering activities
-   A knowledge of safe working practices in oil & gas treatment plant.
-   Able to operate Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007 for Metering database as an operational data service especially on Microsoft access and Microsoft excel.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others
- Physical ability to work on onshore and offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site
- Languages: English mandatory and fluent.
- Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others
- Employee shall be 25 - 45 years old

3. Metering Technician :
- Graduate from High School (e.g. SMU or SMA or STM).
- 5 years' experience with similar equipment and plant preferably in the oil or petrochemical industries.
- Computer literacy is an advantage.
- Specific Professional Knowledge:
- Instrumentation: All types of instrumentation and all types of flowmeter listed in the
      CONTRACT
- UNISUP R/3
- A rigorous and methodical approach, an ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and COMPANY
- Physical ability to go regularly to the onshore and offshore installations (or to work there) in the climatic conditions of the site
- Languages: English necessary, Bahasa Indonesia an advantage

4. Assistance Technician :
- 3-4 years experience with similar equipment and plant preferably in the oil or petrochemical industries.
- Physical ability to go regularly to the onshore and offshore installations (or to work there) in the climatic conditions of the site
- employee shall be 25 – 45 years old
- Recruited from local Senipah resident in order to accommodate local resources.
