Customers Support Development Program (CSDP)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist customers in order to do business transaction with the company.
  2. Receive Customer's Call / Complaint and direct to related parties in the company.
  3. As Marketer of Company's After Sales Service & Parts Products
  4. Being a "Bridge" between INTA and Customers and coordinate with Internal parties to present Best Service for Customers.
Requirements:
  • Male, single, max. 28 years old
  • Bachelor degree from any Technical major (Fresh Graduate with min. GPA 2.75) or Diploma from any Technical major, min. 2 years working experience as customer relation after sales (min. GPA 2.75)
  • Good interpersonal as well as communication skill
  • Having driving license (SIM A)
  • Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all INTA branches
  • Willing to be placed in all INTA branches
  • Willing to undergo two years official service
FACILITATOR SPECIALIST (FS)

Responsibilities : 
  1. Conduct for training process. 
  2. Evaluation for training program.
  3. Initiates and compile training program. 
  4. Create and developing modules.
Requirements : 
  • Male and Female, Max. 30 years old, 
  • Bachelor Degree from Education at Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive. Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication/ Public Relations, Business Administration or its equivalent from reputable University (GPA 3.00). 
  • Min. 1 year working experience in teaching or training areas (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply). Excel in delivering technical or management skill subject (leadership, coaching counseling, communication motivation, etc). 
  • Willing to travel, Based on Jakarta.

PARTS SALESMAN (PS)

Responsibilities : 
  1. Being a salesman for spare parts product. 
  2. Maintain existing customers and update new customers.
Requirements : 
  • Male and Female, Max. 30 years old. 
  • Graduated from Senior High School with min. 2 years relevant working experience or D3 Fresh Graduate. 
  • Has good interpersonal as well as communication skill. 
  • Has strong and fast business networking. 
  • Has driving license (SIM C) and own motorcycle. 
  • Willing to participate training program in Jakarta and OJT in all INTA branches. Willing to be placed in all INTA branches.
