Urgently Required Personnel & Industrial Relation Supervisor onMuara Wahau

MEC Coal as Railway construction and Mining company in Kutai Timur urgently needs Personnel & Industrial Relation Supervisor position for Muara wahau Kalimantan Timur.
The candidates should experienced at least 5 - 7 years at :
 
1.       Handle day to day Personnel and IR issues and administrative.
2.       Execution of IR issues, indiscipline action taken to employee base on company rules.
3.       Prepare monthly payroll and jamsostek.
4.       Handle all administration jobs and function in site.
5.       Report to Site Manager in site and HR Corporate office in Jakarta.
 
Minor Functions :
 
- Selects, plans, assigns, supervises and evaluates the work of subordinates.
- Identifies and solves administrative problems which hinder effective and efficient operations.
- Provides consultative expertise to departmental managers and supervisory personnel concerning disciplinary problems and interpretation and enforcement of rules and procedures.
- Provides training in related areas and coordinates special projects.
- Prepares and assists in the presentation of post-termination and disciplinary/arbitration cases for the County.
- Prepares and presents oral and written reports and responds to requests for information.
- Maintains awareness of current issues in the human resources field. Attends professional conferences as assigned.
- Performs special assignments as requested.
