PT TASPEN (PERSERO) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang Asuransi dan Pengelola Dana Pensiun, Membutuhkan Tenaga Muda lulusan S-1, D-3, dan SLTA yang berintegritas, berkomitmen, dan mau bekerja keras untuk ditempatkan di SELURUH WILAYAH INDONESIA.

A. Persyaratan Umum
  1. WNI Pria/Wanita, penampilan menarik, enerjik, dan ramah
  2. Tinggi badan laki-laki (L) minimal 160 cm, perempuan (P) minimal 155 cm, dengan berat badan proporsional.
  3. Belum pernah menikah.

    • Diutamakan yang memiliki sertifikat : Perpajakan Brevet A, Perpajakan Brevet B, Akuntansi, Komputer (PHP/Web Design/Jaringan/System/Database/Microsoft Office);
    • Ditempatkan sebagai tenaga administrasi pada Kantor Cabang wilayah Indonesia Tengah dan wilayah Indonesia Timur.
  7. Pendidikan tingkat Diploma (D-3)/Sarjana (S-1):
    • Usia maksimum 24 tahun untuk D-3 dan 30 tahun untuk S-1 pada 31 Mei 2011;
    • Indeks Prestasi minimum 2.75 (PTN) atau 3.00 (PTS) dari skala 4.00; 
    • Lebih diutamakan yang memiliki score TOEFL minimum 450(khusus S-1); 
    • Program studi yang diterima adalah lulusan D-3 atau S-1 : Ekonomi (EKO), Hukum (HUK), Matematika (MAT), Ilmu Komputer (KOM), Aktuaria (AKT), Statistik (STA), Sekretaris (SEK), Kesehatan (KES), dan Administrasi (ADM). 

B. Persyaratan Administratif 

Membuat surat lamaran yang ditujukan kepada Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia melalui Tim Penerimaan Karyawan PT. TASPEN (PERSERO) Tahun 2011, disertai lampiran sebagai berikut : 
  1. Daftar Riwayat Hidup (format terlampir); 
  2. 6 lembar pas photo berwarna terbaru ukuran 4 x 6 cm; 
  3. Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku 1 lembar; 
  4. Foto copy Akte Kelahiran/Surat Keterangan Lahir; 
  5. Foto copy Ijazah / Surat Keterangan Lulus / nilai UAN atau nilai buku raport kelas I, II, dan III (untuk SLTA), transkrip nilai (untuk D-3 dan S-1) dan sertifikat TOEFL Prediction bagi yang sudah memiliki (untuk S-1); 
  6. Asli Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah (minimum dari Kelurahan/Kepala Desa setempat); 
  7. Foto copy Surat Keterangan Kelakuan Baik (SKKB) / Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian; 
  8. Asli Surat Keterangan sehat jasmani dan rohani (mencantumkan tinggi dan berat badan), bebas narkoba dan obat psikotropika, bebas buta warna dari dokter / instansi yang berwenang; 
  9. Membuat surat pernyataan bermaterai Rp. 6000,- (form terlampir dibawah ini) dilampirkan pada berkas lamaran yang menyatakan : 
    • Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat sebagai pegawai di instansi Pemerintah/Swasta;
    • Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan keputusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan; 
    • Bersedia tidak menikah selama 2 (dua) tahun sejak diangkat sebagai pegawai PT TASPEN (PERSERO); 
    • Bersedia mengikuti seluruh prosedur dan tahapan seleksi; 
    • Bersedia menanggung segala biaya alat tulis, transportasi, dan akomodasi selama proses seleksi dari tempat tinggal (domisili) pelamar ke lokasi seleksi; 
    • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

C. Tata Cara Melamar 
  1. Pelamar melakukan pendaftaran/registrasi online pada website Taspen (www.taspen.com). 
  2. Pelamar yang memenuhi syarat, sebelum melakukan registrasi online, terlebih dahulu menyiapkan file dokumen hasil scan dalam bentuk : 
    • format pdf untuk surat lamaran, curriculum vitae, surat pernyataan, ijazah, transkrip nilai, dan akta kelahiran; 
    • format jpg untuk pasfoto berwarna ukuran 4 x 6 cm atau 472 x 709 pixels. File dokumen dalam format pdf dan jpg tersebut dilampirkan pada saat melakukan registrasi online. 
  3. Registrasi online dimulai tanggal 14 s.d 24 April 2011
  4. Pelamar yang berhasil melakukan registrasi dan mendapatkan nomor registrasi agar mencetak bukti registrasi online untuk dilampirkan pada surat lamaran. 
  5. Surat Lamaran ditujukan kepada Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia melalui Tim Penerimaan Karyawan PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Tahun 2011 di Jakarta. 
  6. Berkas lamaran dan lampiran dimasukkan kedalam map warna dibawah ini dibawa dan diserahkan pada saat mengikuti Tes Psikologi kepada Tim Penerimaan Karyawan. Map warna biru : pelamar tingkat Sarjana (S-1) Map warna kuning : pelamar tingkat Diploma (D-3) Map warna merah : pelamar tingkat SMK/SLTA 
  7. Hanya Pelamar yang memenuhi syarat dan masuk kriteria TERBAIK yang dipanggil/diumumkan untuk mengikuti seleksi tahap selanjutnya. 
  8. Keputusan kelulusan bersifat final dan mutlak tidak dapat diganggu gugat, serta tidak diadakan surat menyurat. 
  9. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi tahap akhir wajib menandatangani perjanjian ikatan dinas. 
  10. Rencana tempat pelaksanaan test : Palembang, Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Manado, dan Jayapura. Tempat test tersebut masih dapat berubah dan akan diberitahu melalui situs www.taspen.com. 
  11. Pengumuman pelamar yang lulus seleksi administratif dan berhak mengikuti seleksi selanjutnya dapat dilihat hanya di situs www.taspen.com mulai minggu terakhir bulan April 2011.

PROGRAMME COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF INDONESIA AND UNFPA

Expressions of Interest

The Government of Indonesia through National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) has received financing from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) invites individual consultants who will be employed to Bappenas, BKKBN, BPS, Ministry of Health, Forum Parlemen untuk Kependudukan dan Pembangunan (IFPPD), and Komnas Perempuan. The main tasks of assignments are to support daily activities of the program. The duration of contract will be initially for 8 months, with possibility of extension subjected to performance and availability of fund.

The Procurement Committee of Bappenas is now inviting skilled, highly committed and dedicated Indonesian professionals to be part of the project for the position:

National Programme Coordinator (1 person)
  1. Minimum a Master degree in health, social, and economic development or related discipline to the position.
  2. Min. 5 years experience in population studies, health of reproduction, and gender in Indonesia.
  3. Preferably, the candidate has experience on working for government, United Nations and its agency or international agencies.
  4. Good in english (writing and speaking).
  5. The main task will be assisting Bappenas and UNFPA to manage an efficient programme implementation at national and sub national levels. Salary will be around IDR 24.000.000

Finance and Administrative Assistant (6 persons)
  1. Bachelor in accounting, management and /or related social science.
  2. Experience working with government, and/or UN agencies or International NGOs is preferable.
  3. Minimum 3 years working experience in administrative, finance or management.
  4. Able to communicate clearly and appropriately in English orally and in writing
  5. Willing to work full time.
  6. The main taks will be managing finance and administrative tasks following the government and UNFPA standard of procedure. Salary will be around IDR 7.000.000
