1. PERSYARATAN :
  1. Warga Negara Indonesia
  2. Bersedia ditugaskan di falisitas pelayanan kesehatan kriteria terpencil dan sangat terpencil dengan lama penugasan selama 1 (satu) tahun.

4. TAHAPAN PENDAFTARAN
  1. Registrasi on-line :
    • Pendaftaran peserta secara on-line melalui www.ropeg-kemenkes.or.id mulai tanggal 2 Mei 2011.
    • Melakukan registrasi on-line melalui www.ropeg-kemenkes.or.id dengan memperhatikan langkah langkah pengisian secara cermat dan hati-hati.
    • Setiap pelamar diperkenankan mendaftar pada 2 (dua) peminatan, dengan ketentuan pilihan ke-2 wajib memilih kriteria terpencil.
    • Mencetak hasil registrasi on-line, menempelkan 1 (satu) lembar pas foto ukuran 3X4 (berwarna/hitam putih) dan menandatangani print out registrasi on-line.
    • Pendaftaran baru dianggap sah setelah berkas lamaran diterima Panitia melalui PO Box 1003 JKTM 12700 paling lambat pada tanggal 16 Mei 2011 jam.15.00 WIB (bukan cap pos).
  2. Pengiriman Berkas :
  • Panitia hanya menerima berkas melalui PO BOX 1003 JKTM 12700 sesuai waktu yang telah ditentukan.
  • Setiap pendaftar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan 1 (satu) berkas. 
  • Kelengkapan berkas : 
      1. Print out hasil registrasi on-line. 
      2. Asli Surat Keterangan Sehat yang terbaru dari Dokter Pemerintah (Puskesmas/RSUD/ RSUP/RS TNI-POLRI). 
      3. Foto copy Ijazah Profesi Dokter yang telah dilegalisir asli. 
      4. Foto copy STR yang diterbitkan dari Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia dengan masa berlaku minimal sampai dengan 31 Mei 2012 (BUKAN LEGALISIR ASLI/ bukan tanda terima pengurusan STR).
      Contoh : - Masa berlaku STR sampai dengan 6 Juni 2012 (Diperkenankan) - Masa berlaku STR sampai dengan 31 Mei 2012 (Diperkenankan) - Masa berlaku STR sampai dengan 15 Mei 2012 (Tidak Diperkenankan) 
    • Surat Pernyataan (download dari www.ropeg-kemenkes.or.id
    • - Tidak Terikat Kontrak dengan Instansi Lain 
      - Bersedia bertugas untuk waktu yang telah ditentukan

  • Berkas yang sudah disusun dalam map dimasukkan ke dalam amlop cokelat dan dikirimkan melalui Pos Tercatat/Kilat Khusus/Pos Ekspres ke : BIRO KEPEGAWAIAN KEMENTERIAN KESEHATAN RI PO BOX 1003 JKTM 12700 dan pada pojok kiri atas amplop dituliskan Provinsi Peminatan 1 dan dibalik amplop dituliskan Nama dan alamat lengkap pengirim.
