GENERAL MANAGER H.S.E.
  • Extensive experiences and proven skills managing large service/production facilities in the mining/civil engineering field, preferably involving remote locations.
  • Exposure to bulk shipping terminals and mining operations and their organisation structures to understand requirements and the key links between divisions/functions.
  • Strategic planning skills to establish and achieve long term goals as well as balance immediate work issues with future requirements.
  • Knowledge of the ISRS program, its implementation and management.
  • Experience managing substantial financial budgets.

HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
  • Minimum eight (8) years experience, preferably in remote mining areas, and a proven track record in a broad range of Occupational Health & Safety management activities.
  • Responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of Site Safety, ERT and Training Services.
  • Facilitate Risk Assessment and Review of major works.
  • Maintain OH&S Safety and Training records and reports compliance with applicable Indonesia Laws and Decree of the Minister.
  • Fluent in English both oral & written.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER
  • Bachelor degree in Environment Engineer.
  • At least six (6) years experiences in the same position.
  • Fully understand in Environment Regulation & Commitment.
  • Be able to implement Safety Environment regulation for all social activities strictly.
  • Fluent in English both oral & written.

HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERINTENDENT
  • Minimum five (5) years experiences at the same level.
