Kriteria Penting yang perlu diperhatikan
  1. Berstatus sebagai sarjana S1/S2 atau mahasiswa/i yang telah dinyatakan lulus (meskipun belum mengikuti wisuda) atau mahasiswa/i yang sedang menunggu jadwal sidang (dalam waktu 1 s/d 2 bulan, diperkirakan akan lulus).
  2. Berasal dari Universitas dengan akreditasi A atau B dengan Fakultas dan Jurusan sebagai berikut:
    • Untuk PPS Umum lulusan dari Fakultas/ Jurusan : Ekonomi, Hukum, Teknik, Teknologi Pertanian, Psikologi, Pertanian, Peternakan, Kehutanan, Fisipol (Hanya Untuk Jurusan hubungan Internasional, Ilmu Komunikasi, Administrasi Fiskal, Administrasi Niaga, dan Administrasi Negara), MIPA (Hanya untuk jurusan Matematika , Statistika).
    • Untuk PPS Auditor lulusan dari Fakultas/ Jurusan : Ekonomi, Hukum, Teknik, Pertanian, Fisipol (Hanya Untuk Jurusan Administrasi Fiskal, Administrasi Niaga, dan Administrasi Negara), MIPA (Hanya untuk jurusan Matematika , Statistika).
    • Untuk PPS IT lulusan dari Fakultas/Jurusan : Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika.
  3. Diutamakan yang belum pernah melamar sebagai peserta Program Pengembangan Staf (PPS) BRI.
  4. Tahun Lulus 2010 & 2011.
  5. Belum Menikah.
  6. IPK S1 minimal 2,75 (PTN) dan 3,00(PTS) ; IPK S2 minimal 3,25 (PTN & PTS) dengan catatan IPK S1 tetap memenuhi persyaratan IPK minimal S1.
  7. Bersedia menandatangani Surat Perjanjian dengan BRI apabila telah dinyatakan diterima sebagai peserta PPS BRI.

Minimum 2 years experience as Credit Collection Head (preferably in financing company or banking), min S1, GPA 3.00 from reputable university, not more than 33 years old, strong leadership to manage and develop subordinates, having a good analytical and critical thinking, and having expertise about credit recommendation. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.

Service Head (SHE)
(All Around Indonesia)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to the internal and external customer, in accordance with company's policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees, ability to motivate others and good communication. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.

Sales Head (SAH)
(All Around Indonesia)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage sales function within the branch in accordance with company's policies and procedures to achieve sales target and enhance our company's service reputation. Managing sales forces to achieve sales target with excellent service would be the priority.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to create and execute sales strategic plan, great networking and good impact influence. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.

Branch Manager (BM)
(All Around Indonesia)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage company operation (branches) that includes Sales, Service, Credit and Collection area. The responsibilities cover strategic idea to foster the growth of branch and implemented operational activities that support those vision. At the same time, the incumbent should able to foster the target, managing risk and give the excellent service to the customer.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Branch Manager (preferably in financing company or banking), strong in management skill specifically in leadership and developing subordinates, strong strategic thinking to create branch vision, strong networking, communication and presentation skill. Literate in English is a must. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
