Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineer with minimum 5 years experience as Mechanical Engineer of Maintenance or Construction in power plant, petrochemical, mining or oil and gas Applied process piping design
  • Understand PFD & P&ID
  • Advance knowledge in pump and pumping
  • Applied knowledge of mechanic of material and machine elements
  • Advance knowledge and skill in Hydraulic calculation & thermodynamic
  • Applied knowledge of Project Management
  • Piping design & construction as Project Engineer (2 years)
  • Piping design & construction as Discipline/Design Engineer (3 years)
  • Have good computer skill in MS Office, MS Project, Auto Cad
  • Fluent in English, speaking & writing
  • Basic knowledge of safety environment (LOTO, permit system, lifting, rigging, scaffolding, fire protection, hydrocarbon management, etc)\
  • Basic knowledge of material & welding inspection
  • Understand well with API, ANSI, ASTM, ASME
  • Building design & construction as Project Engineer (1 years)
  • Understand well with other design and construction of process facilities modification, upgrade, or new design
  • Understand well with pipe stress analysis, Caesar & Fluid flow and modeling software
  • Have ability to do work planning
  • Understand with safety potential hazard on working location
  • Skillful, competent and high motivated

Commissioning Manager Coal Power Plant

Requirements:
  • Must possess bachelor degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of Commissioning, Start Up including Operation in the Coal Power Plant
  • Should possess strong technical / engineering skills in a multi-discipline arena
  • Should be familiar with international codes and standards applicable in Coal Power Plant
  • Should have enough supervisory skill to manage a team
  • Should be able to co-ordinate within Client, PMC, and the discipline and other disciplines
  • Should be a fast learner and a team worker
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Familiar with PID and P&ID
  • Familiar with STG, Generator, Coal Boiler, Solid handling, Etc

QC Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, control, supervise and improve the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts
  2. Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site
  3. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and file the required Quality Records
  4. Supports and/or execute to all the internal/external audits
  5. Checks the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 from reputable university, Engineering background is preferably
  • Good communication, honest, well organized, self motivated & initiative
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Good in computer skill
  • Good leadership and coach others
  • Having experience minimum 10 years as QC Manager, in Oil & Gas sector or EPC Company
  • Having Welding Inspector Certification CSWIP 3.1, B4T or related
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 requirement

Responsibilities:

  1. To organize staff, direct and control the activities of the Customs clearance operations team.
  2. To ensure all clearance expenses are cost-effective through effective process mapping and effective coordination with operations team as well as Customs.

  4. Controls clearance expenses, check, verify and approve expenses request.
